I feel bad I had to switch over to a bigger company for more speed at lower cost, but its incredibly rare to find a company that operates as fluidly as BK fiber does. Any time I called I got the same guy, we were on a first name basis, and my issues were solved within minutes. They even gave me a discount for being a knowledgeable tech-savvy customer!Would highly, highly recommend over the big boys if your speed requirements are lower, or if you're a company that needs real support.

Only Internet company I have ever dealt with that a live person picks up the phone within seconds, including tech support. For a small business owner with 30 employees, if there is any outage or issue, we need it back up as soon as possible. Brooklyn Fiber gets us back on immediately, I have heard complaints about other company owners and their internet issues with other companies in Industry City.
