Amazing value for internet that is plenty fast enough for work and streaming (we get the $50 service). Above all, these folks are incredibly responsive. You speak to the same group of people every time you call and they are all so helpful.

Not only is the price correct and not only do they provide fast parallel upstream / downstream, but the people at Brooklyn Fiber are the best. They care about customers, show up on time, provide personal support and have even texted me back within minutes when I had a surprise outage. I wish everybody that offered Internet service was half as good. Can I add five more stars?

The people at the Brooklyn Fiber are the absolute best. They provide no-nonsense, reliable and affordable internet service, fast and informative support when there are occasional issues, and no BS. We have scaled up from their lowest tier service to a four 9's SLA gigabit microwave connection and back down as needed, smoothly and easily. Avoid the big corporations and stick with BF!
