No idea why these guys dont have more reviews (but no surprise the ones they do have are all 5 star). We're one family, one house in the (vast) section of "outside Brooklyn Heights" in a neighborhood still stuck with "last mile copper", and thats not changing any time soon. However, Brooklyn Fiber took care of us [and they're obviously busy with bigger business customers, took pity on this middle-aged Dad must be the explanation for extreme in person service from installation to maintenance] and have always been super responsive even though any call-ins have been due to our own newb-based confusion. and yeah, the wi-lan wi-fi we have to use (in copper land) is blazing fast. Great people, too. Great product. Ridiculously personal customer service.And no, I don't work for the company, nor for its PR agency.I'm simply a "reverse-troll" and since most happy customers don't review (it's the angry -for genuine or they're own psych problems- reviewers motivated to spend time flogging companies with negative (but b.s. and non-customer) comments that post. at a circa 9:1 ration to happy customers.I am just being honest, and these guys deserve to have a "satisfied" customer get off his digital-buttocks and post his very positive regards and satisfaction with BF!-Ren
